Contractor Monthly Reporting

If you're an external contractor or third-party working at Launceston Airport, there are two quick monthly reports you'll need to submit:

1. Monthly Safety Report

This report goes to the APAC Safety team and includes:

  • Lagging Indicators: Any incidents that occurred in the past 30 days
  • Leading Indicators: Things like safety inspections you’ve planned, hazards you’ve reported, and how many have been resolved

2. Monthly Environmental & Waste Report

Construction contractors and service providers are required to submit monthly waste and fuel reporting.

APAC has transitioned from Excel-based reporting to a streamlined online reporting portal. This allows for more accurate tracking of emissions and waste diversion, helping us to meet our mandatory sustainability requirements.

What to report

Waste Generation

  • Waste streams including concrete,glass, mixed recycling and spoil
  • Unit of measurement including tonnes or m3
  • Quantity
  • Disposal method including landfill, reuse and recycling

Fuel Consumption

  • Fuel types including diesel, petrol and LPG
  • Unit of measurement including Land kL
  • Quantity
How to submit your report

1. Access the portal at https://impact.melbourneairport.com.au
2. Enter project details including name and CP number
3. Enter data for waste and fuel for the month
4. Submit
