Launceston Airport has released a new Preliminary Draft Master Plan 2015 for public consultation and comment. The plan outlines the airport’s future direction for growth and development over the next 20 years.
Stakeholder and community consultation is an important part of the development of the Launceston Airport Master Plan.
Under the Airports Act, Launceston Airport must consider any written comments received during the public consultation period and, if appropriate, changes may be made to the Master Plan to address those comments.
The public consultation period will run from October 27, 2014 until January 30, 2015.
