Airport Facilities

Launceston Airport provides a central retail area in the terminal that provides food and beverage and news and gift shop.

On arrival at Launceston Airport, there are facilities that provide information on where to eat, what to do and where to stay in Launceston and surrounding regions via pamphlets, the directory board and the tourist ´touch´ computer.

Public Transport is available into the city or the surrounding regions, including Shuttle Bus Services, Taxis, or hire cars from all major car rental companies.

Automatic Teller Machine (ATM)
A Commonwealth Bank Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) is located in the main terminal building.

Baby Change Facilities and Parents Room
Baby change facilities are located at either end of the terminal.

Baggage Trolleys
Baggage trolleys are provided for the convenience of customers.  Trolleys are located outside both of the entrances in the terminal for a minimal charge.

Postal Facilities
A postbox is located on the back wall of the main terminal building.

Public Telephones
Telephones are located near the departure lounge in the terminal.  Machines accept coins and phonecards.

Rest Shelters
There are designated rest areas between all carparks and terminal.

Storage Facilities
There are no storage facilities available for public use due to security requirements.  We apologise for any inconvenience, however, public safety is our highest priority.

Toilet Facilities
Toilet facilities are located at either end of the terminal.
